Discrimination in the workplace has been all through history, and it exists today, there will be future. Some people suggest that get used to benefit from it. But this study suggests honest honorable have stand against name of humanity, rule law, religion, better management. The one best ways is provide use correct, reliable, concrete managerial accounting information. Kaplan Norton (1992) developed balanced scorecards for purposes performance measurement.
